About the role
- Drive Cambria sales by motivating, influencing & leading high-performing sales team
- Effectively manage 5-10 direct reports comprised of District Managers and 25+ indirect reports
- Establish a sales driven culture by setting clear and measurable sales goals
- Ensure effective partnerships are developed, cultivated and maintained to drive sales
- Effectively communicate and implement new processes and ideas while being an advocate for innovation and change
- Provide ongoing feedback and education to optimize employee performance
- Establish one on ones, team meetings, and set clear expectations
- Complete performance reviews and manage any performance issues
- Ensure market development to maximize sales within the assigned Divisions
- Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in Business or Related Field
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the sales industry
- Minimum of 10 years of managing employees
- Experience in B2B and building material sales
- Previous management experience, including feedback, managing performance and development
- Expertise in presenting to senior and executive leaders
- Effective strategy development and implementation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites of software
- Must hold a valid Driver’s License
- Must be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
