About the role

  • Drive Cambria sales by motivating, influencing & leading high-performing sales team
  • Effectively manage 5-10 direct reports comprised of District Managers and 25+ indirect reports
  • Establish a sales driven culture by setting clear and measurable sales goals
  • Ensure effective partnerships are developed, cultivated and maintained to drive sales
  • Effectively communicate and implement new processes and ideas while being an advocate for innovation and change
  • Provide ongoing feedback and education to optimize employee performance
  • Establish one on ones, team meetings, and set clear expectations
  • Complete performance reviews and manage any performance issues
  • Ensure market development to maximize sales within the assigned Divisions
  • Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in Business or Related Field
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the sales industry
  • Minimum of 10 years of managing employees
  • Experience in B2B and building material sales
  • Previous management experience, including feedback, managing performance and development
  • Expertise in presenting to senior and executive leaders
  • Effective strategy development and implementation experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google (Docs, Sheets, Slides) suites of software
  • Must hold a valid Driver’s License
  • Must be able to successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check
