About the role

  • Be the first line of support for customers (small businesses to large enterprises)
  • Handle around 130–150 user requests weekly via chat, email, and phone
  • Understand customer problems, investigate root causes, and propose solutions (feature usage, bug fixes, workarounds)
  • Work alongside Development and Product teams for deeper investigations
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to share insights, spot risks or opportunities, and ensure proactive tailored support
  • Contribute to internal projects (improving chatbot, enhancing help desk content, cross-departmental initiatives)
  • Master support tools like Intercom, Aircall, and JIRA
  • Ensure customers feel guided, valued, and helped quickly and effectively

Requirements

  • Fluent Dutch and French, plus a good level of English
  • Natural problem-solver with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Comfortable communicating via chat, email, and phone
  • Committed to ticket support continuity and following through or escalating when needed
  • Organized and able to manage multiple requests without losing quality
  • Curious and eager to explore topics beyond day-to-day tasks
  • Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively
  • Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude
  • Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • Interest in new and emerging technologies
