About the role
- Be the first line of support for customers (small businesses to large enterprises)
- Handle around 130–150 user requests weekly via chat, email, and phone
- Understand customer problems, investigate root causes, and propose solutions (feature usage, bug fixes, workarounds)
- Work alongside Development and Product teams for deeper investigations
- Collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to share insights, spot risks or opportunities, and ensure proactive tailored support
- Contribute to internal projects (improving chatbot, enhancing help desk content, cross-departmental initiatives)
- Master support tools like Intercom, Aircall, and JIRA
- Ensure customers feel guided, valued, and helped quickly and effectively
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and French, plus a good level of English
- Natural problem-solver with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
- Comfortable communicating via chat, email, and phone
- Committed to ticket support continuity and following through or escalating when needed
- Organized and able to manage multiple requests without losing quality
- Curious and eager to explore topics beyond day-to-day tasks
- Comfortable working autonomously while collaborating effectively
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic with a "can-do" attitude
- Adaptable and comfortable in a dynamic environment
- Interest in new and emerging technologies
