About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead scalable growth by translating healthcare software capabilities into measurable customer value
- Drive adoption, operational integration, retention, and expansion across complex, multi-stakeholder North American accounts
- Lead complex software expansion opportunities aligned with broader sales objectives
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies connecting customer needs with software portfolio capabilities and value-realization goals
- Apply healthcare-market insight, including competitive pressures facing integrated delivery networks, to expansion strategies
- Develop communication and engagement strategies for stakeholder alignment and strategic customer relationships
- Build repeatable, scalable growth and expansion motions and customer-expansion playbooks
- Partner with regional leadership, territory sales, customer success, technical sales, and AOS teams to identify and prioritize opportunities
- Support CSMs and TSMs with account execution, technical solution positioning, and system lifecycle alignment
- Drive cross-functional execution across sales, product, services, and finance
- Develop strategic external partnerships and ecosystem relationships supporting market expansion and health equity
- Anticipate adoption, integration, scalability, infrastructure, data-flow, and cybersecurity challenges
- Contribute to business cases for new offerings, integrations, and market expansion
- Interpret healthcare trends, market pressures, and customer adoption strategies to inform positioning and account strategy
- Manage risk-aware expansion within clinical, regulatory, and patient-impact constraints using staged rollout and adoption-risk management
- Track adoption, expansion pipeline, and renewal health with customer success managers
- Contribute to quarterly performance reviews, forecasts, and leadership business updates
- Influence complex sales cycles and enterprise account strategy through collaboration and business acumen
- Foster collaboration, execution excellence, and customer-centric growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare software sales, enterprise software, SaaS, or digital health, focused on large, complex accounts
- Proven ability to partner with consulting, customer success, and technical sales teams to drive adoption and expansion
- Experience contributing to forecasts, account planning, and performance metrics in a matrixed environment
- Strong influencing skills in matrixed, cross-functional settings
- Deep understanding of software adoption lifecycles and enterprise account dynamics
- Deep understanding of healthcare IT strategies, technology lifecycles, and interfacing/integration strategies
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Results-driven approach focused on execution and measurable outcomes
- Negotiation, pricing/packaging, and business-case development for multi-year engagements
- Working fluency in software architecture, cloud, AI-enabled capabilities, and delivery mechanics
- Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
- No prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless prohibited by law
- Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for full client-site access, which may include identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
- Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
