  • Support CSMs and TSMs with account execution, technical solution positioning, and system lifecycle alignment
  • Drive cross-functional execution across sales, product, services, and finance
  • Develop strategic external partnerships and ecosystem relationships supporting market expansion and health equity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in healthcare software sales, enterprise software, SaaS, or digital health, focused on large, complex accounts
  • Proven ability to partner with consulting, customer success, and technical sales teams to drive adoption and expansion
  • Experience contributing to forecasts, account planning, and performance metrics in a matrixed environment
  • Strong influencing skills in matrixed, cross-functional settings
  • Deep understanding of software adoption lifecycles and enterprise account dynamics
  • Deep understanding of healthcare IT strategies, technology lifecycles, and interfacing/integration strategies
  • Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Analytical ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Results-driven approach focused on execution and measurable outcomes
  • Negotiation, pricing/packaging, and business-case development for multi-year engagements
  • Working fluency in software architecture, cloud, AI-enabled capabilities, and delivery mechanics
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence
  • No prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless prohibited by law
  • Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for full client-site access, which may include identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
  • Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
