About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the growth, strategy, and operational delivery of Enterprise Services, including Managed Equipment Services, across Canada
  • Drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and ensure successful execution of innovative service offerings
  • Lead and develop high-performing teams and foster accountability and innovation
  • Develop Canada growth strategy, partnerships, go-to-market plans, and business plans supporting P&L goals
  • Identify and lead strategic initiatives such as Value Partnerships
  • Maintain prospect pipeline and provide accurate forecasts
  • Ensure operational delivery meets financial forecasts and customer satisfaction targets
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities and evolve the Enterprise Services portfolio
  • Develop relationships with key customers and collaborate with DX, Varian, IM sales teams, and NAM Enterprise Services
  • Lead tender responses, business proposals, customer presentations, solution concepts, and demonstrations
  • Provide sales collateral and lead sales negotiations
  • Develop, negotiate, and manage the annual Enterprise Services budget and monthly forecast reviews
  • Maintain product knowledge and ensure quality assurance and compliance procedures
  • Ensure appropriate team resourcing for pre- and post-sales activities
  • Represent the organization at congresses and customer events
  • Communicate market insights and customer feedback with sales and product development teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 15+ years of healthcare operations leadership experience
  • Sales and business development experience is beneficial
  • Minimum a relevant Bachelor's degree
  • Strong technical understanding of the Enterprise Services portfolio and solutions and Canadian consulting market
  • Deep knowledge of the Canadian medical device market and public sector procurement processes
  • Strategic, innovative, and lateral thinking abilities
  • Proven ability to plan and organize effectively against short- and long-term objectives
  • Strong numerical and commercial acumen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly developed interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively within a matrix environment
  • Advanced sales and negotiation capabilities
  • Confident presentation skills and ability to engage large audiences
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Bilingual French and English considered an asset
  • Must satisfy applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, immunizations and annual TB testing, and healthcare training
