About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build new physician, hospital, and health system relationships throughout the assigned territory
  • Develop new accounts and expand utilization within existing customers
  • Execute strategic territory business plans to exceed sales objectives
  • Drive adoption of innovative technologies through clinical expertise, education, and consultative selling
  • Partner with physicians and healthcare teams to improve procedural outcomes and patient care
  • Lead product launches and commercial initiatives across the territory
  • Collaborate with Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Operations, and Sales Leadership
  • Analyze market opportunities, competitive activity, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences before, during, and after every sale
  • Represent Siemens Healthineers with integrity, professionalism, and customer commitment
  • Travel approximately 40–50% within the assigned territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Demonstrated success in medical device sales, healthcare sales, or complex consultative sales environments
  • Experience selling capital equipment, disposable technologies, or clinically sophisticated products preferred
  • Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing customer relationships
  • Strong business acumen and territory planning skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to learn complex clinical technologies and communicate their value to physicians and healthcare executives
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other business productivity tools
  • Ability to satisfy customer vendor credentialing requirements, including immunizations, background screening, and site-specific access requirements
  • Valid driver’s license in the state of residence and eligibility under Siemens Healthineers Fleet Safety Policy
  • No prior DUI/DWI convictions or pending DUI/DWI charges or other serious moving violations, unless prohibited by law
  • Completion of required company compliance, product, and clinical training programs
  • Must have full access to Siemens Healthineers client sites
  • Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology under US export control law
