Key responsibilities & impact

Implement, automate, and continuously improve Medical Device Product Development KPIs
Develop, recommend, and support data-driven solutions with Technology and Process subject matter experts
Own R&D Operations Product Development data integrity, ensuring data is reliable, structured, accessible, and fit for business decision-making
Interact with Product teams to understand business needs, simplify complex concepts, and convert insights into systemic and scalable solutions
Provide technical subject matter expertise from conceptual design through automation and integration of recommended solutions
Identify important business questions, collect and organize relevant data, extract meaningful insights, and translate findings into scalable business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience extracting knowledge and insights from noisy, structured, and unstructured data
Ability to simplify, streamline, and automate processes using a data-first, customer-centric approach
Advanced AI/ML skillset, including Core ML, Deep Learning, GenAI, and Agentic AI
Experience with Agile planning and lifecycle tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), Jama Connect, and Snowflake
Agile mindset with strong business acumen, curiosity, autonomy, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
Ability to identify important business questions and determine the data needed to answer them
Experience collecting, storing, organizing, and analyzing data from multiple sources
Ability to simplify complicated concepts into understandable, systemic solutions
Experience or exposure to digital transformation initiatives, including tooling architecture, desired
Experience or exposure to continuous improvement initiatives, desired
Clear communication and social skills, with ability to interact effectively with teams and management
Knowledge of Quality Management System (QMS) and product lifecycle processes desired
LEAN or Agile development exposure preferred
Experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industry; SaMD or Digital Health exposure considered a plus
Successful candidate must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
