Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Project Managers
Oversee delivery of a large volume of hardware and software capital equipment projects
Coordinate team projects and assign resources to manage workload
Identify and manage escalated risks and coordinate mitigation plans across the cross-functional organization
Monitor operational trends and ensure timely execution of assigned projects
Champion a strong customer experience mindset
Adhere to and model the company’s cultural beliefs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or related experience
Previous leadership or Project Manager experience, ideally in the MedTech industry
Strong business acumen
Willingness to travel approximately 10–15% for customer visits, training, or in-person meetings
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated, team-oriented individual with strong organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem solving
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training
Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
