Achieve sales, profit and growth objectives for assigned distributors
Drive product launches, product training, business reviews
Manage Distributor funnel and forecasting for the assigned distributors and deliver on each forecast
Prepares strategic plans in coordination with marketing and sales leads to build long term partnerships
Develops and implements plan of action for meeting these objectives, acting as the overall lead to coordinate activities across internal departments and teams
Conducts regular business reviews with distributors to ensure customer satisfaction, address issues and identify additional partnership opportunities
Provides market intelligence for the sales organization
Demonstrates knowledge of products, services, and trends within the industry, and assists leadership with the development of sales strategies that identify the Siemens Healthineers advantage, or address and win competitive challenges in the marketplace
Represents Siemens Healthineers at National and Regional sales meetings
Utilizes data management software to secure territory intelligence and develops a strategy; uses the CRM to record current accurate and complete account information and activity
Requirements
BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree
3+ years’ experience in distribution and/or Laboratory sales
Experience working and collaborating within cross functional team
Familiarity with laboratory diagnostics and point-of-care products and market
Strong experience with distribution sales, promotions, acute and non-acute market, and funnel management
Experience using Share or similar CRM tool
Previous capital sales experience with demonstrated track record of success
High degree of business acumen to include standard competencies (financial, market positioning, healthcare industry, and customer)
Must have clean driving record and ability to travel a minimum of 70% throughout U.S.
