About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a dedicated resource for a specific MegaLab customer
Provide onsite system configuration support including pre-installation, installation, training, troubleshooting, and post implementation activities
Work closely with onsite Siemens Healthineers management and personnel
Independently troubleshoot and resolve software malfunctions
Provide training to customer laboratory personnel on system operation, workflow, and configuration
Participate in customer and internal meetings or conference calls

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS in Computing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related experience
Experience in Healthcare IT, security, and data privacy
Must be proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment
Proficiency in all necessary network applications and tools
5+ years' experience as a medical technologist or field service engineer (biomedical engineer) servicing diagnostic instruments needed
Valid driver's license, ability to drive independently day and night, and good driving record required
