About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Leading customer implementations as a project clinical lead
Drive the project towards customer business objectives through clinical workflow analysis and optimization
Assist customers in developing best practice clinical operations with focus on patient outcomes
Evaluate business processes, recommend changes, and document processes
Identify problems and training needs, and deploy solutions
Support product training and implementation through defined processes and training

Requirements

What you’ll need

RN with at least 3 years of direct patient care experience in an oncology setting
Experience in Medical Oncology (MO) and Radiation Oncology (RO) preferred
Outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred
Product knowledge to translate products and services into solutions
Industry knowledge from a commercial, clinical, and healthcare executive perspective
Organizational acumen/skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Presentation skills
BSN or equivalent combination of education and experience
OCN or equivalent certification
5+ years combined experience with Oncology setting and Healthcare Technology vendor(s)
