Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
10+ years of experience in the healthcare industry
5+ years in strategy, business development, management consulting, or venture-related environments
Strong understanding of the diagnostics and broader healthcare ecosystem
Demonstrated success leading enterprise-level strategic initiatives with measurable business impact
Proven ability to influence across multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders
Strong business judgment, analytical rigor, and executive presence
