About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plans and executes sales targets and activities in the specified region
  • Serves as the primary commercial liaison for assigned distribution partners
  • Develops and executes joint business plans with partners
  • Conducts regular partner business reviews
  • Drives sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities
  • Supports partners in navigating healthcare systems
  • Fosters strong relationships with key partner stakeholders
  • Maintains visibility into partner pipelines, forecasts, and sales activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience in a related discipline
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in diagnostic sales, medical device sales, or complex B2B sales, including channel/distribution sales experience
  • Demonstrated success managing and growing revenue through third-party partners
  • Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling)
  • Strong presentation, communication, and partner-influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.
