About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plans and executes sales targets and activities in the specified region
- Serves as the primary commercial liaison for assigned distribution partners
- Develops and executes joint business plans with partners
- Conducts regular partner business reviews
- Drives sales growth by identifying, developing, and closing new opportunities
- Supports partners in navigating healthcare systems
- Fosters strong relationships with key partner stakeholders
- Maintains visibility into partner pipelines, forecasts, and sales activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor degree or 10+ years of relevant work experience in a related discipline
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in diagnostic sales, medical device sales, or complex B2B sales, including channel/distribution sales experience
- Demonstrated success managing and growing revenue through third-party partners
- Experience with strategic sales methodologies (e.g., Miller Heiman, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling)
- Strong presentation, communication, and partner-influencing skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based role with regional travel.
