About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Create and maintain detailed project plans for the area of Communications and Change Management
Facilitate fulfillment of project deliverables on time and with agreed quality, while reporting status
Provide guidance to the countries and transfer know-how
Ensure proper communication for change impacts to countries during all roll-out deployment phases
Supporting the key user environment in the wave countries if applicable for the respective area of responsibility
Support and organization of knowledge transfer sessions in alignment within Local and Global P58 Communities
Coordination of testing of the local design during user acceptance testing (Forms, HR interfaces and RAR)
Support project documentation and facilitate follow-ups with clear action items

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of experience highly preferred
Dedicated experience with SAP and Financial Systems
Willing to travel up to 20%
