Participate in a two-year Engineering Leadership Development Program consisting of three eight-month rotational assignments
Assigned challenging technical projects and opportunities to lead activities and teams across varying departments and roles
Perform root cause investigation, product definition, usability engineering, systems architecture, reliability, data science, hardware/software design and test
Plan projects, characterize, integrate, and specify products and systems
Receive mentoring, attend learning workshops and training courses, and network with senior management and key leaders
Assigned a Rotational Manager with regular check-ins and routine interaction with ELDP Program Managers
Source 2nd and 3rd rotations through networking within the organization and transition into a specialized global engineering role at program conclusion
Requirements
Majors: BS/MS – Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science or similar
Graduation Date: Must graduate by the program start date (late June 2026), but no more than one year prior
Preferred GPA: 3.4
Permanent work authorization in the U.S. required; no visa sponsorship (including F-1/OPT, H-1B, or other employment-based visas)
Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law (EAR/ITAR/OFAC)
Willingness to relocate and participate in three eight-month rotations (typical sites include Tarrytown NY, Glasgow DE, Mishawaka IN, Walpole MA)
