About the role
- Oversees full lifecycle management of assigned product and product portfolio, including new product introductions, design input, enhancements, and product retirements
- Lead business case development and value proposition design for assigned product(s)
- Partner with R&D to ensure product design and requirements align with clinical and customer needs, regulatory requirements, and cost efficiency
- Serve as the voice of customer with a deep understanding of clinical workflows, unmet needs, and competitive dynamics
- Collaborate with regional marketing and sales teams to translate product strategy into commercial success
- Support customer engagements, key opinion leader (KOL) partnerships, and strategic collaborations
- Drive profitable growth and market share expansion of assigned product(s)
- Partner with Finance to set performance targets, monitor KPIs, and deliver against annual and long-range business plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Physics, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field required; PhD or advanced technical degree preferred
- Progressive leadership experience in product management, marketing, or business leadership within healthcare technology, ideally in medical devices or oncology; experience in clinical radiation oncology preferred
- Demonstrated success leading global product portfolios and/or large clinical operations, including multidisciplinary cross-functional teams
- Track record of launching complex products/solutions and achieving strong commercial outcomes
