About the role
- Designs and develops technical product training curriculum and content
- Transforms technical knowledge into engaging, accessible content
- Organizes content for scalability and seamless reuse across digital platforms
- Promotes training adoption with targeted digital campaigns and enablement sessions
- Leads content development projects from scoping to global deployment and evaluation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design (preferably in a regulated or MedTech environment)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging knowledge-based materials
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate Rise and others) and LMS platforms
- Comfort with visual, multimedia and typical development tools
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to enable adoption and engagement (workshops, showcases)
