About the role
- Coordinates all aspects of a product or service offering project for a client, from inception to installation
- Act as the primary client liaison, conducting site visits and monitoring progress
- Ensure compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction throughout each engagement
- Provide reports indicating installation activities and analyzing schedules
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience; Master’s Degree with 6 years of related experience, or equivalent related work experience
- Project management experience, ideally with installations and/or implementations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in utilizing business tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
