About the role

  • The Product Manager is responsible for the Product Lifecycle Management of EWS portfolio elements assigned by the EWS Portfolio Director. Manage and define products, solutions, and services and drive business performance across the product lifecycle Provide critical link between organization's strategy and execution Define customer and market requirements, growth and profit strategies, business planning, and road mapping Observe competitors and define product marketing strategies Establish and manage cross-functional teams to develop assigned products Drive business performance in cooperation with PLM/SCM/CRM partners Contribute to continuous improvement of product lifecycle management Drive products from conceptualization to operationally viable solutions Oversee development and implementation of project/product plans Ensure alignment between EWS Team strategy and execution Provide transparency to product status through effective product governance Establish and foster relationships with stakeholders Contribute to achieving vision, mission, and values of Siemens Healthineers Enforce and drive compliance to Siemens Healthcare CX USA and CS policies and procedures

Requirements

  • BS/BA in related discipline or advanced degree as applicable to the role Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in marketing, product lifecycle management, or similar experience Understanding of the healthcare education marketplace, preferably relative to diagnostic imaging and therapy Demonstrate strong leadership skills in motivating teams for high performance Excellent communication skills – verbal, written, and ability to present Ability to manage multiple products and priorities Ability to think strategically and influence decisions with key business leaders and program stakeholders Must be results-driven, action-oriented
