Partner with Talent Acquisition leadership to identify skill gaps and training needs across Recruiter, TA Manager, Sourcer, and Hiring Manager populations.
Develop and implement L&D strategies that align with broader TA and organizational goals (e.g. EVP storytelling, candidate experience, interview calibration).
Design learning paths, toolkits, and resources to support full-cycle recruitment training from sourcing to onboarding.
Create and facilitate engaging and impactful learning programs including workshops, onboarding for new TA team members, recruiter upskilling sessions, and interview training for hiring managers.
Develop e-learning modules, microlearning, and blended learning content to support scalable delivery.
Act as a change agent in driving best practices across the TA function (e.g., behavioral interviewing, structured assessments, inclusive hiring practices).
Collaborate with People Analytics to track TA performance metrics and evaluate the impact of learning interventions on hiring outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field.
5+ years of experience in L&D, Talent Development, or Talent Acquisition, preferably within a global corporate position.
Demonstrated experience designing and delivering training programs for recruiting professionals and/or hiring managers.
Strong understanding of modern recruitment methodologies, tools, and challenges.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency with learning platforms.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
