Completes technical-oriented service tasks of various scopes and supports in planning and managing these tasks.
Performs client-site servicing, repair and/or installation of company Oncology product(s).
Provides technical support to customers on operational or maintenance aspects of system equipment.
Diagnoses mechanical, hardware, software and systems failures using established procedures.
Provides basic, routine, complex and advanced servicing, testing, and maintenance of SHPL(Oncology) equipment according to instructions and company guidelines.
Requirements
Associate degree or equivalent
5 to 10 years of related experience
Knowledge of and sound professional experience with electronic and electro-mechanical engineering
Relevant experience in LINAC maintenance is preferred
Knowledge of and sound professional technical experience with micro-computers/PC based systems
Customer focused attitude
Articulate and skilled in interpersonal communication
Fluency in the local language and in English, both written and spoken.
