About the role
- Work to learn and apply business skills in support of manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, and procurement.
- Interact with other OLDP Interns and full-time Associates in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Grow a network with senior managers within Operations.
- Lead projects, learn new disciplines, and make an impact on the future of patients, customers, the company, and the world.
- Participate in learning workshops and training courses, developing an introductory understanding of the main process elements of Supply Chain.
Requirements
- Majors: BS/BA – Operations/Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Biochemistry and Biology related sciences, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Molding Engineering, Distribution Management, Automation, Statistics, and similar STEM concentrations.
- Education: Rising undergraduate Seniors (current Juniors) pursuing a BS/BA from an accredited technical school, college, or university with an expected graduation date before July 2026.
- Availability: Ability to work on-site, 40 hours per week, from May to August.
- Strong interest in working in a production environment.
- Recommended minimum GPA: 3.0.
- Work Authorization: Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.
