Operations

• Lead daily operational activities across Benefits Administration, Compensation Administration, Leave & Absence, and Mobility & Delegations Administration
• Oversee end-to-end administration ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations
• Drive adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs across all areas
• Develop, maintain, and enforce standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and internal controls across benefits, compensation, leave, and mobility processes
• Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements, labor laws, tax rules, and company policies
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff across Benefits & Pension, Compensation, Leave & Absence, and Mobility & Delegations
• Provide technical guidance on complex cases and support inquiry resolution
• Partner with HRMS, IT, and vendors to ensure system stability, enhancements, and reporting capabilities (e.g., Workday, Dayforce)
• Oversee operational reporting, audits, and reconciliation of benefits, compensation, leave, and mobility transactions
• Serve as a key point of contact for HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors for operational topics
