About the role

  • Leading the development and execution of high-impact, long-term strategic partnerships between Siemens Healthineers and key diagnostic customers.
  • Driving Dx-focused Value Partnership opportunities nationally.
  • Serving as a trusted executive advisor to key stakeholders across clinical, operational, and financial disciplines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to co-create compelling value propositions.
  • Managing complex commercial negotiations including P&L impact, contract structures, and governance models.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in the medical technology, diagnostics, or healthcare provider industry.
  • Experience in leading enterprise-wide, strategic engagements or commercial teams in diagnostics or med-tech sectors.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel up to 70%.
