Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years running paid social campaigns in an agency environment
Hands-on Reddit Ads Manager experience (Conversation Ads, Promoted Posts, custom audiences)
Proven B2B and B2C experience, especially within SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech
Strong written communication
"Builder energy" and a genuine excitement about helping build and scale a service line from scratch
