About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform control and reconciliation of invoices, payment slips (boletos) and payment receipts related to the department's needs
- Monitor payments, contracts, schedules and administrative processes for the Marketing area
- Attend events
- Organize documents, spreadsheets and reports to track the department's activities and KPIs
- Support logistical organization of internal and external events, meetings and corporate travel
- Follow up on operational requests with suppliers and internal company departments
- Manage multiple simultaneous requests, ensuring organization, quality and adherence to established deadlines
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes within the department
- Assist leadership in monitoring deliverables, internal controls and workflows
- Contribute to the organization and standardization of Marketing administrative processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Administration, Management, Marketing or related fields
- Previous experience in administrative and financial routines
- Experience in handling and reconciling invoices, payment slips (boletos) and payment receipts
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office
- Experience monitoring schedules, deadlines and operational requests
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Organized, analytical, proactive profile with a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, working autonomously and with a sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a team, negotiate requests and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
