About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct in-person visits to prospective clients and partners
  • Prospect new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
  • Present SIEG's solutions in a consultative manner, identifying needs and opportunities
  • Lead negotiations and manage the sales process through to closing
  • Develop long-term relationships with clients and prospects
  • Work in partnership with the SDR team to optimize visit schedules and opportunities
  • Enter and update information in the CRM
  • Monitor commercial indicators and sales targets

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in external/field sales, commercial representation, or consultative selling
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Availability for travel and in-person visits
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and customer-focused profile
  • Experience with B2B sales (preferred)
  • Experience in the technology, accounting, or services sectors (preferred)
  • Knowledge of negotiation techniques and consultative selling (preferred)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred)
