About the role
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy
- Conduct case management, assessment, evaluations, and discharge planning
- Maintain documentation of persons served
- Collaborate with internal and external sources for care
Requirements
- Requires Master’s Degree in counseling or social work field and be eligible for Iowa State licensure
- Requires moderate level computer knowledge and experience
- Ability to use existing program software applications with minimal training
- Ability to maintain mandated computer applications for record keeping
