About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and execute Sidetrade's investor relations strategy alongside Chief Communication Officer, owning the full scope of financial communication to the market.
Drive proactive investor engagement (organize meetings, earnings calls, and investor presentations, while maintaining a structured IR database). Track sentiment, flag shifts, and brief leadership with actionable takeaways.
Run an employee shareholder engagement program, producing content that connect Sidetrade's equity story to the people who build its success.
Analyze stock performance (ALBFR.PA), peer benchmarks, and sector trends. Produce materials that support how the market reads Sidetrade.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree from a grande ecole de commerce or equivalent (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EM Lyon, EDHEC, or comparable). Recent graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of experience welcome.
Genuine interest in capital markets and corporate finance. Prior internships in equity research, M&A, investor relations, or corporate finance are a strong plus.
Strong analytical instinct: comfortable with financial statements, valuation metrics, and turning data into a clear story.
A proactive, structured mindset.
Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
