About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist new customers with the initial setup and first use of our systems
  • Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels
  • Document customer interactions and resolutions
  • Continuously improve SIDES' customer support processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience supporting and advising B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS company or a similar environment
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is a plus
  • Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm in dynamic situations
  • Customer-focused with a strong sense for customers' issues
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage
