About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist new customers with the initial setup and first use of our systems
- Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other channels
- Document customer interactions and resolutions
- Continuously improve SIDES' customer support processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience supporting and advising B2B customers, ideally in a SaaS company or a similar environment
- Experience in customer service, technical support, or account management is a plus
- Solution-oriented mindset and the ability to stay calm in dynamic situations
- Customer-focused with a strong sense for customers' issues
- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; additional European languages are an advantage
