About the role
- Act as a Business Process Consultant for Supplier Onboarding and Source to Contract related processes and solutions
- Prepare and execute workshops, describe and align potential exceptions/deviations, and drive related IT adjustments.
- Drive and support project deployment/rollout deliverables: requirement gathering, testing, training, and hypercare.
- Collect, challenge, and provide new requirements to the development team while ensuring compliance with local legal/statutory requirements.
- Analyze change impacts, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance to change.
- Ensure timely communication and reporting to the central deployment team and Global Business Process Managers (GBPMs).
- Continuously align with neighboring projects, initiatives, governance functions, IT, and other stakeholder groups.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Project or Process Management.
- Proven experience in global transformation programs
- Experience in rollout management for Procurement systems/solutions
- Excellent understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, especially Supplier Onboarding and Upstream Procurement.
- Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams.
- Experience with procurement-related KPIs and performance measurement.
- Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
- Agile mindset with practical experience in SCRUM, LEAN, or Kaizen.
- Hybrid (occasional on-site presence in Budapest required)
