About the role

  • Act as a Business Process Consultant for Supplier Onboarding and Source to Contract related processes and solutions
  • Prepare and execute workshops, describe and align potential exceptions/deviations, and drive related IT adjustments.
  • Drive and support project deployment/rollout deliverables: requirement gathering, testing, training, and hypercare.
  • Collect, challenge, and provide new requirements to the development team while ensuring compliance with local legal/statutory requirements.
  • Analyze change impacts, identify stakeholders, and manage resistance to change.
  • Ensure timely communication and reporting to the central deployment team and Global Business Process Managers (GBPMs).
  • Continuously align with neighboring projects, initiatives, governance functions, IT, and other stakeholder groups.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, Project or Process Management.
  • Proven experience in global transformation programs
  • Experience in rollout management for Procurement systems/solutions
  • Excellent understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes, especially Supplier Onboarding and Upstream Procurement.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks with international teams.
  • Experience with procurement-related KPIs and performance measurement.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills in English.
  • Agile mindset with practical experience in SCRUM, LEAN, or Kaizen.
