About the role
- Mendix support for Mendix-based business applications
- Tasks guided by client project requirements; exact duties defined per project
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, debug, and monitor performance to ensure stability of live Mendix apps
- Collaborate between IT and business stakeholders
- Agile/Scrum/DevOps practices
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Mendix Application troubleshooting & support
- Strong ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues in live Mendix applications; monitor performance and ensure stability
- Understanding of business process modeling and ability to translate business needs into functional application logic
- Experience collaborating between IT and business stakeholders
- Excellent analytical thinking , problem-solving and attention to detail , crucial in rapidly identifying and fixing issues
- Hands-on experience with Agile , Scrum , or DevOps practices
- Fluent in English
