About the role

  • Mendix support for Mendix-based business applications
  • Tasks guided by client project requirements; exact duties defined per project
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, debug, and monitor performance to ensure stability of live Mendix apps

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Mendix Application troubleshooting & support
  • Strong ability to diagnose, debug, and resolve technical issues in live Mendix applications; monitor performance and ensure stability
  • Understanding of business process modeling and ability to translate business needs into functional application logic
  • Experience collaborating between IT and business stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical thinking , problem-solving and attention to detail , crucial in rapidly identifying and fixing issues
  • Hands-on experience with Agile , Scrum , or DevOps practices
  • Fluent in English
