About the role
- Lead the ramp-up and structuring of the IT transformation program
- Produces deliverables in line with the agreed program scope
- Ensure strong alignment with strategic IT objectives
- Lead initiatives across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Communicates regularly with central stakeholders including CIO, CEO, and PE company
- Contribute to the transformation and consolidation of business applications, infrastructure, and IT provider landscapes
- Establish effective governance, transparency, and decision-making structures
Requirements
- 10+ years experience as an IT Program / Project Manager
- Broad expertise across all IT domains (Plan, Build, Run)
- Relevant experience in consolidation of Business Applications, Infrastructure, and IT Provider landscape
- Experience in IT efficiency programs and/or IT carve-out situations
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for executive leadership
- Demonstrated experience in leading IT projects across multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.
