We regularly staff international projects, typically with durations of 6 to 12 months.
We are currently seeking SAP Human Resources (HR) / Human Capital Management (HCM) Consultants with solid experience in HR processes and practices, as well as a proven track record in large-scale SAP HR implementations and transformation programs.
Partial on-site presence in Germany is required.
Please note that only candidates based within the EU can be considered.
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP HR/HCM Consultant in large-scale SAP HR implementations or transformation programs
Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP ERP, S/4HANA, IT, and group-wide ERP transformation programs (from fit/gap analysis to hypercare)
Strong expertise in SAP HR/HCM modules and deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and practices
Proven experience in personnel administration, time management, payroll, organizational management, personnel development, recruitment, compensation, and retirement processes
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experienced in driving change initiatives with a proven track record of sound decision-making
Strong influencing skills and ability to work effectively across complex global environments, including international teams, stakeholder networks, and end users
Agile mindset with hands-on experience working in agile environments (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)
Fluent in English, German is a plus
