Brand & Growth Lead – MENO! App
Sidekick Health GermanyBrand & Growth Lead responsible for pre-launch and launch campaigns of MENO! App for women in menopause.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You develop and manage the pre‑launch and launch campaign for MENO!, with a focus on direct‑to‑patient.
- You translate the existing positioning and brand strategy into compelling messaging across all relevant channels.
- You develop a social media strategy that builds reach, relevance and trust—particularly for women around 40 and older.
- You conceive content and campaign ideas for organic and paid channels and bring them to life together with Design, Medical, Growth/Data and Commercial teams.
- You design the digital funnel end‑to‑end: from awareness and interest to conversion and an activated user.
- You work data‑driven, test hypotheses quickly and bring a growth‑hack mindset—pragmatic, creative and impact‑oriented.
- You ensure that communications in the healthcare context remain credible, regulatorily compliant and empathetic.
- You take medical prescriptions into account as an important part of the model and coordinate with relevant teams on HCP/professional communications—however, the role clearly focuses on the patient side.
- You keep launch activities aligned, set clear priorities and ensure that good ideas turn into concrete assets, campaigns and measurable results.
Requirements
What you’ll need- You have experience developing and executing launch campaigns, ideally for digital products, consumer‑health offerings or complex/educational services.
- You are strong in direct‑to‑consumer / direct‑to‑patient marketing and know how to not only reach target groups but activate them.
- You have an excellent feel for social media, content and community‑oriented communication—especially for audiences that require a credible and sensitive approach.
- You think creatively and commercially at the same time: brand, messaging, funnel, conversion and performance belong together for you.
- You bring a growth‑hack mindset: test, learn, optimize, scale—without getting lost in long concept phases.
- You can translate complex topics into simple, clear and emotionally engaging messages.
- You have empathy for the target group and sensitivity in the healthcare context: no cure claims, no stigma, but trust, relevance and medical diligence.
- You work independently, in a structured and pragmatic way and can move quickly in an intense launch phase—even without a large team or expensive agencies.
- You are proficient with modern marketing and AI tools and use them to work faster and more effectively.
- You speak and write excellent German and have a strong sense for language, tone and impact.
- You are proficient in English.
- You are available on short notice.
- Advantage: experience in the healthcare, DiGA or pharma‑consumer environment.
