About the role

  • Independently identify and acquire new customers in your territory through targeted on-site presence
  • Provide expert support and long-term care for existing practices to establish DiGA (digital health applications) as a valuable complement to standard therapy, thereby improving long-term patient care quality
  • Support practice teams to reduce barriers to prescribing so patients gain seamless access to our digital solutions
  • Maintain and document activities in the CRM system in a structured way — using state-of-the-art tools and AI support to take your sales performance to the next level
  • Work closely with Marketing to ensure the best possible support for our practices
  • Conduct on-site trainings and other events for physicians and practice teams to integrate our DiGA into existing workflows
  • Represent Sidekick Health at trade shows and conferences — an ideal opportunity to expand our network and showcase our solutions

Requirements

  • Field sales experience (e.g., in healthcare, Pharma, MedTech, or Digital Health)
  • Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are important for our international collaboration
  • You enjoy being on the road and thrive on the autonomy of field sales
  • Cold calling doesn't deter you — on the contrary, it motivates you
  • You are eager to develop professionally and personally in sales
  • You work in a structured and independent manner and keep an overview even in challenging situations
