About the role
- Independently identify and acquire new customers in your territory through a targeted on-site presence
- Provide competent support and long-term management of existing practices to establish DiGA (digital health applications) as a valuable complement to standard therapy, thereby improving patients' quality of care in the long term
- Support practice teams to remove barriers to prescribing so patients gain seamless access to our digital solutions
- Maintain and structurally document activities in the CRM system — using cutting-edge tools and AI assistance to elevate your sales performance
- Work closely with Marketing to jointly ensure the best possible support for our practices
- Conduct on-site training sessions and other events for physicians and practice teams to integrate our DiGA into existing workflows
- Represent Sidekick Health at trade fairs and conferences — an ideal opportunity to expand our network and increase visibility for our solutions
Requirements
- Field sales experience (e.g., in healthcare, pharmaceutical, MedTech or digital health)
- Excellent written and spoken German; English skills are important for our international collaboration
- Cold calling does not deter you — on the contrary, it motivates you
- Eagerness to develop professionally and personally in sales
- You work in a structured, autonomous manner and maintain oversight even during challenging periods
