About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Turn client briefs into practical production plans
- Prepare initial cost estimates, recording schedules, and documentation
- Coordinate auditions and recording sessions
- Organise scripts and assets
- Book talent and studio resources
- Keep clients informed of progress
- Monitor changes to scripts, schedules and requirements
- Maintain commercial and administrative foundations of each project
- Work alongside experienced Production Managers on larger projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in project coordination, production coordination or similar roles
- Professional communication skills with clients and external partners
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Ability to identify delivery risks and communicate them clearly
- Understanding of voice acting, dubbing, localisation, audio production or related fields
- Right to work in France and ability to attend the Vanves studio regularly
- Experience within video games or game dialogue production would be valuable
- Familiarity with casting, recording-studio workflows, dialogue implementation or the Paris voice-talent market is advantageous
