About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Junior Post Production Coordinator / Post Production Coordinator role focused on dialogue-heavy audio post-production, working with dialogue files, project documentation, scheduling, and QA.
- Support project preparation, scheduling, tracking, and quality assurance across projects.
- Maintain effective communication with post-production staff and other departments.
- Schedule and book resources as needed, ensuring project executions are aligned with best practices.
- Track project progress, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.
- Support development of post-production services and collaboration across a global team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid understanding of post-production workflows, including working with dialogue and video assets.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as Pro Tools, Reaper, Audition and iZotope RX.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel and Word.
- Confidence using spreadsheets and project management software to track progress and resources.
- Awareness of best practices in scheduling, resource allocation and QA within post-production.
- Strong interest in audio technology and a passion for video games and interactive media.
- 2+ years of experience in a commercial audio post-production environment, preferred.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and large volumes of files across various languages and formats.
- Hands-on experience scheduling and coordinating resources in a fast-paced production setting.
- Proven ability to track project progress, manage deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and liaising with clients or external vendors.
- Confidence mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development.
