About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as both the account owner and strategic relationship lead for Real Estate partners.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing high-impact partners.
  • Identify, engage, and close new partner opportunities to drive growth.
  • Showcase how our platform can help top-performing real estate professionals grow their businesses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the right resources are brought in at the right time.
  • Articulate value, customize solutions, and influence decision-makers to bring new partners onboard.
  • Develop strategic account plans that align with partners’ growth goals and Side’s business objectives.
  • Achieve 100% Net Dollar Retention annually.
  • Drive regional expansion by identifying, connecting with, and recruiting top-performing luxury agents.
  • Spend 50% of your time leading regular virtual and in-person meetings with partners.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Side’s pricing model and financial tools.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years experience in business management, consulting, strategic account management, sales and/or business ownership. Licensed broker is a plus.
  • 8+ years experience in residential real estate, understand local industry associations and market trends relevant to the company's operations.
  • Ability to lead, guide and motivate top performing agents to achieve desired results.
  • Understands financial principles applied to real estate, teamerage P&Ls, budgeting, and financial analysis.
  • Operates autonomously in a fast paced environment with capacity to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make informed decisions to guide our customer’s success.
  • Strong professional communication and persuasion skills.
  • Effectively structures their work, prioritizes tasks, and keeps track of important details.
  • Capacity to handle change and adapt strategies based on market conditions and business needs.
  • Cares deeply about people and helping others to achieve their goals.
