About the role
- Plan, implement, and maintain information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Support risk and vulnerability assessments for systems, networks, and applications.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and propose corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits related to information security.
- Manage security tools such as SIEM, antivirus, DLP, IDS/IPS, among others.
- Participate in technology projects to ensure compliance with security policies.
- Stay up to date on threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in information security, preferably in corporate environments.
- Knowledge of standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, LGPD, COBIT, among others.
- Proficiency with security tools and log analysis.
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+ are highly desirable.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
