Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, Economics, or related fields.
Experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, Business Consultant, or in similar roles.
Experience managing stakeholders and building relationships with different departments and audiences.
Ability to identify business opportunities and transform them into valuable initiatives and solutions.
Experience conducting requirements gathering, defining requirements, and tracking deliverables.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead meetings and negotiations and deliver executive presentations.
Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented profile.
Ability to work in dynamic environments with multiple demands and competing priorities.
Experience with digital channels, WhatsApp, digital customer service, CRM, or conversational platforms.
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, chatbots, Generative AI, and conversational experiences.
Experience in financial institutions, credit unions, or technology companies.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience developing business cases, defining metrics, and analyzing business performance indicators.
