About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Execute and monitor the area’s financial and operational routines.
  • Perform controls, reconciliations, and analyses of financial information.
  • Support results closing and the preparation of management reports.
  • Monitor KPIs and support data reconciliation and consistency checks.
  • Track expenses, revenues, and other financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes are executed correctly and requests are addressed.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing simplifications, automation, and operational efficiency gains.
  • Contribute to the documentation, standardization, and strengthening of the area’s controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactivity and a sense of urgency.
  • Analytical skills and logical reasoning.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Interest in understanding processes and proposing improvements.
  • Ability to work with data and analytical tools, including Power BI.
