About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Execute and monitor the area’s financial and operational routines.
Perform controls, reconciliations, and analyses of financial information.
Support results closing and the preparation of management reports.
Monitor KPIs and support data reconciliation and consistency checks.
Track expenses, revenues, and other financial transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure processes are executed correctly and requests are addressed.
Identify deviations, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process corrections.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by proposing simplifications, automation, and operational efficiency gains.
Contribute to the documentation, standardization, and strengthening of the area’s controls.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactivity and a sense of urgency.
Analytical skills and logical reasoning.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Interest in understanding processes and proposing improvements.
Ability to work with data and analytical tools, including Power BI.
