Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and manage complex data architectures aligned with Sicredi’s strategic and business needs.
Lead automation and infrastructure initiatives, applying best practices to increase efficiency and resilience.
Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of cloud solutions while proposing and implementing continuous improvements.
Serve as a technical mentor to junior team members, fostering professional development and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams, influencing technical decisions and supporting the implementation of complex projects.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience with SQL.
Experience using Python for data processing and manipulation.
Experience with Spark.
Experience with Databricks.
Knowledge of structured and semi-structured data formats, especially JSON.
Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines.
Knowledge of data modeling and data architecture.
Experience with version control and software engineering best practices.
Preferred: Experience with cloud environments.
Preferred: Knowledge of Data Lake, Lakehouse, and modern data architectures.
Preferred: Experience with pipeline observability and monitoring.
Preferred: Experience with DataOps practices.
Preferred: Knowledge of analytical environments and AI/Analytics initiatives.
