About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Attend to and support members and cooperatives with products involving foreign exchange and foreign trade operations
Monitor members' journeys with empathy and take responsibility for completing processes
Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to process all foreign exchange operations within the Sicredi system
Internally route requests for service
Provide daily support to members and Cooperative colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or Economics
Experience in the financial market is desirable
Intermediate or advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to relate to diverse audiences
Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a constantly high-pressure environment
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent activities are essential
