About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Attend to and support members and cooperatives on products involving Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade operations
Monitor members’ journey with empathy and responsibility to ensure completion of processes
Demonstrate proactivity and the ability to handle multiple tasks
Work within the Relationship Team, providing daily support to members and colleagues of the cooperative
Interface with internal and external stakeholders to process Foreign Exchange transactions within the Sicredi system
Internally route requests for handling and follow-up

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree, preferably in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or Economics
Prior experience in the financial market is desirable
Intermediate or advanced English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to engage with diverse audiences
Capacity to remain calm and respond positively in a high-pressure environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent activities are essential
