About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as an execution-focused professional with objectivity, determination, problem-solving focus, commitment, initiative, proactivity, flexibility and cooperation
- Work collaboratively within a team with empathy, knowing how to listen and be heard
- Provide support to cooperatives and members on products involving Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade operations
- Monitor members’ journeys with empathy and responsibility for completing processes
- Support the Area’s activities for FX credit products, including financing granted to exporters and importers
- Analyze documents, record, settle and extend operations in the system
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree completed, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration or Economics
- Experience in the financial market is desirable
- Advanced English is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to relate to diverse audiences
- Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a constantly pressured environment
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent tasks are essential
- Knowledge of the Change (Exchange) system and SWIFT will be considered an advantage
