About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a hands-on, execution-oriented professional with objectivity, determination, problem-solving focus, commitment, initiative, proactivity, flexibility, and cooperation
Work collaboratively and empathetically in a team, able to listen and be heard, understand needs to serve them, and maintain strong communication skills
Provide support to cooperatives and members on products involving foreign exchange and international trade
Monitor members' journeys with empathy and take responsibility for completing processes
Support the Area's activities related to Documentary Collections, Letters of Credit, and International Guarantees
Analyze documents, perform registration and settlement, and manage operations in the system

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics
Experience with international documents is desirable
Advanced English is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to relate to diverse stakeholders
Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a high-pressure environment
Good organizational sense and ability to handle concurrent tasks are essential
Knowledge of the Change (Exchange) system and SWIFT will be considered a plus
