About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a hands-on, execution-oriented professional with objectivity, determination, problem-solving focus, commitment, initiative, proactivity, flexibility, and cooperation
  • Work collaboratively and empathetically in a team, able to listen and be heard, understand needs to serve them, and maintain strong communication skills
  • Provide support to cooperatives and members on products involving foreign exchange and international trade
  • Monitor members' journeys with empathy and take responsibility for completing processes
  • Support the Area's activities related to Documentary Collections, Letters of Credit, and International Guarantees
  • Analyze documents, perform registration and settlement, and manage operations in the system

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree completed, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics
  • Experience with international documents is desirable
  • Advanced English is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to relate to diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a high-pressure environment
  • Good organizational sense and ability to handle concurrent tasks are essential
  • Knowledge of the Change (Exchange) system and SWIFT will be considered a plus
