About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support to cooperatives and members on products involving foreign exchange and international trade
Monitor members’ journey with empathy and take responsibility for completing processes, demonstrating proactivity and the ability to multitask
Serve as support for the Area’s activities related to FX credit products, including financing granted to exporters and importers
Perform document review, registration, settlement and extension of transactions in the system
Interface with internal and external stakeholders and route requests internally
Work collaboratively with the team and with members/cooperatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed degree, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics
Experience in the financial market is desirable
Advanced English is a plus
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to relate to diverse audiences
Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a high‑pressure environment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle concurrent tasks are essential
Knowledge of the Change system (Exchange) and SWIFT will be considered a plus
