About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a liaison with members and cooperatives, interfacing with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support to cooperatives and members for products involving Foreign Exchange and International Trade operations
  • Monitor members’ journeys with empathy and responsibility to ensure processes are completed
  • Support departmental activities related to Documentary Collections, Letters of Credit and International Guarantees
  • Review documents, perform registrations and settlements, and manage transactions in the system
  • Handle multiple tasks and internally route requests for resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed degree, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration or Economics
  • Experience with international documents is desirable
  • Advanced English is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Ability to remain calm and respond positively in a high-pressure environment
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage concurrent tasks are essential
  • Knowledge of the Change (Exchange) system and SWIFT is a plus
  • Results-oriented profile, with objectivity and determination
  • Problem-solving focus
  • Commitment, initiative, proactivity and flexibility
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team with empathy
  • Good communication skills
