About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the Financial Business Partner for segment areas, supporting decision-making through financial analysis and business insight.
  • Build and monitor performance analyses, identifying trends, risks and opportunities to improve results.
  • Develop projections, scenarios and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decisions and priority setting.
  • Translate movements in the economic, financial and competitive environment into impacts on the business and its results.
  • Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and periodic review processes, ensuring alignment between strategy and financial targets.
  • Monitor performance indicators and variances against plans, proposing corrective or mitigating actions when necessary.
  • Prepare executive materials and analyses for management forums, committees and decision-making processes.
  • Assess opportunities to optimize resources and capture efficiencies, contributing to sustainable value generation.
  • Work collaboratively with areas such as Credit, Funding, Products, Strategy and other business partners.
  • Lead technical and strategic discussions, influencing through evidence-based analyses, data and long-term perspective.
  • Develop KPIs, models and management dashboards that increase visibility into results, productivity and performance drivers.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or related fields.
  • Postgraduate degree, MBA or specialization in Finance, Controllership, Business Management or related areas.
  • Experience in Financial Planning, FP&A, Controllership, Financial Business Partnering or related functions.
  • Experience in financial institutions, credit cooperatives or segments with a strong financial and analytical component.
  • Experience building management reports, financial projections and providing decision support.
  • Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling experience.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python or tools for automating analytical processes.
  • Familiarity with performance indicators, profitability metrics and budget monitoring.
  • Strong analytical ability and critical thinking.
  • Strategic mindset and understanding of business drivers.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
  • Influence and communication skills with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels.
  • Proactive attitude, sense of ownership and results orientation.
  • Ease working in collaborative and fast-evolving environments.
